Illustrations
Illustration is an eye-catching medium that tells a story in a way that photography, technical diagrams, and icons cannot. We use illustrations to tell conceptual, open stories and describe nuanced ideas in an authentic way.
Active
Wallbox illustration style implies movement and energy flow.
Intentional
Our style is refined and thoughtfully designed to complement the complex nature of our products. They’re approachable, but not cartoonish or childlike.
Informative
Wallbox illustrations are more than eye-catching. They should complement and enhance the message they’re paired with and tell a story about our technology or our customer’s business.
Types of illustration
Hero
Hero illustrations are intended to tell more detailed stories. They use a larger color palette and represent more complex concepts or narratives. An explanatory text needs to support this type of illustration for a perfect story telling.
Spot
Slightly more complex than icons, they convey a single concept and work well in smaller spaces that might be too large for, or require more detail than, an icon alone. Spot illustrations also work well in instances where colors are limited.
Illustrations color usage
The color palette is built from the existing Wallbox brand colors. It has been expanded to include additional shades and tints for a more flexible and workable family of hue, shade and tint variations.
Grid & Inclination
Isometric illustrations add depth that makes imagery more detailed, helping to explain complex scenarios. It gives an ordered appearance to images, shapes, and blocks of texts by eliminating parts placed in a chaotic manner.
CGI helps us to illustrate realistic environments in a clay-model base to highlight the important facts of a complex scenario with the mission to make it easy to understand and intuitive in terms of storytelling.
