Design is about connecting, building bonds, define the identity, and shaping the perception of people, thus driving their behavior. We understand people real needs and we translate our company values into actions while positively impacting our business.
The Design Team provides user-centered design identity, craft, efficient ways of working, improves cross-departmental collaboration, and connect with the business at large, working on strategic and tactical solutions for different stakeholders. We support the company mission, goals, and objectives and we evangelize the design practice at Wallbox.
We have the vision, courage and determination to act, champion, make real, accelerate and innovate the changes that the world really needs and that people really want.

Make it pure. Bring clarity without overlaying the message. We are direct and transparent. We provide the best information through a meaningful visual.
Meaning
Be effective. Design for a purpose. Optimize the design for the most frequent and important business goals. Innovate approaches where both function and value are toward solving problems.

User is the king: the user is the most valuable asset of each action.
Trust in the process: the process either makes you or unmakes you.
Quality is the best business plan: standing out the standards beyond the imagination.

· Eliminate non-functional decorative elements, elevate and refine all functional elements.
· Limit noise, maximize elements with high informational value.
· Focus on fewer things at the same time.
· Adapt to Audience: Balance expertise level of the user, CPO’s and technical users need a different amount of info. -
Our bold and expressive typography is a core visual element in every page. We enhance type for communication and readability. Type hierarchy helps with storytelling and functionality, but we limit scale to a few sizes.

We use negative space to give the illusion or a larger surface and a feeling of calmness, making sure it looks intentional rather than just empty.

· Use contrast to emphasize and guide the user to what is important.
· Plan and design for different surface sizes so designs look balanced in every touchpoint. -
· We use color to inform and to communicate emotion.
· Only a few colors at a time, never the full palette on display.
· Convey meaning with more than color, for colorblind users. -
· Illustration and imagery focused on storytelling the essential concepts, leave the details to the viewer imagination.
· Use illustration to reinforce concept, but also provide meaning with words. -
Keep emotional communication, the little things that make it feel a little quirky, the “made in Barcelona by humans” is still there.
Our Graphic Identity
Building on the notion of "energy" we developed a distinct visual system and digital experience to reflect the ever changing and ever evolving visual universe Wallbox is creating. Our design first approach combines hero frames and typography messages to create a brand world that is dynamic in nature with a sleek and contemporary feel. Striking bold accent colors pair with a monochrome palette to create a versatile brand that feels confident and fresh. As a platform, the Brand Center showcases a growing multitude of works across various formats and mediums – from generative stills and 3D spaces, to packaging and interactive pieces. With this in mind, our system has to prioritize simplicity to ensure the message can always fit and be aptly heored. So this allows the brand to speak distinctly to both creators and users alike while creating capacity for the brand to grow and come to life as our industry continues to evolve.
