Design played a pivotal role in the transformation of the former Installation Guide (IG) from a bulky, 40-page stapled dossier available in 24 languages into a concise IG that underwent rigorous testing with users and installers in real-world scenarios. Through this adaptation process, we successfully simplified the workflow, introduced eco-friendly solutions, improved overall quality, enhanced the user experience, and implemented a cost-conscious policy.
